- Sumptuous Afternoon Tea served on tiered silver cake stands, with Selection of Cakes, Strawberries and Cream or Scones with Jam & Cream, a choice of delicate cut sandwiches, Pot of Tea of your preferred brew all accompanied by a glass of Pimm's for each guest. Tea may be served in the Conservatory or in the Gardens, depending on weather.

Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum of 40 Guests day and evening.
2. Free use of the Bridal Suite on your wedding night. Additional nights for £105 B&B for two sharing an en-suite, subject to availability.
3. You guarantee occupancy of ten double rooms being 20 guests (not including Bride and Groom) staying overnight on your wedding night. Your guests will pay their own accommodation at £75 per guest B&B for one night (150/ double room), based on two adults sharing an en-suite. Should you require more rooms than the minimum guaranteed under this wedding package - reserve more rooms here.
4. Optional 2nd night discounted by 30% to £52.50/guest (£105/room) based on two sharing an en-suite.
5. This wedding package as priced may only be taken Sundays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, excluding Bank Hols.
6. This wedding package may also be taken on any last minute weekend date within next 6 months, subject to a higher minimum number of 50 guests.
7. If you require this Package on any other day, please discuss this with your Wedding Planner. We can check availability and confirm additional terms (e.g. a higher minimum guest numbers may apply to other days).
8. To book, you pay a deposit of £2,000 which may be paid in 8 monthly instalments of £250 PCM, provided the deposit is fully paid three months before the date of your wedding.
9. Additional guests may be added at the tariffs shown here - see costs for each year based on your guest numbers.
10. If your numbers are below the starting level for this Package, you may still secure this package by paying a top-up so you meet the minimum spend on Day Guests and B&B usage.
11 Includes free Exclusive Use of all ground floor rooms, including Function Room and main Bar for your evening party.
