Most Wedding Venues in South Wales allow you to use only ONE function room for your entire wedding day.

Under our Special Wedding Package you have exclusive use of both the function room and  the conservatory for your wedding reception.

You and your guests have the run of the entire ground floor for your wedding in Wales. Welcome Drinks are served in the Nicolini Lounge after your Ceremony in the Theatre. Move through to the Conservatory to dine, after your Wedding Photographs.

Have your wedding breakfast overlooking Wales' Brecon Beacons National Park, plus exclusive use of the castle ground floor, without paying for wedding venue hire. We only have one wedding a day at Craig y Nos so you will be Princess of the Castle for your special day!

Make the most of our Wedding Package and have free run of the whole Castle! Have your wedding breakfast in the Conservatory by day, to take advantage of the views and terraces overlooking the Country Park. Move through to the main function room and Patti bar around 7.30 pm for your evening party.

Your guests will be able to move freely around the castle.

Let your guests stretch their legs; children especially love running along the corridors!

As most couples move to the main function room for their evening wedding party by 7.30 pm, you can often arrange to decorate your wedding reception tables the night before your wedding - even if there's a wedding before yours.

Seating Capacity: Comfortably seats 120 plus (on up to twelve round tables of 10 each, with remainder on the Head Table).

Good Food

Many wedding venues charge a fortune for the wedding breakfast but fall short on either quantity or quality. That is not something that happens at Craig y Nos. Portions are generous to a fault and the quality of the wedding breakfast is consistently praised by wedding guests.

The SWOD Wedding Package includes a 2 course Wedding Breakfast. A third course can be added for £4.00 a head, though some couples opt to use their weddnig cake as the third course.
