We include a list of what is not included in our Wedding Package here - just in case you forget something!  All the independent wedding supplier services for our wedding venue in South Wales are listed on this website. Start with 'Balloons' and go alphabetically through the different categories of supplier - see wedding suppliers by category.

This list may also give you some ideas for extras at your wedding reception that you had not considered.

  • Registrar - you will need to book the registrar. This is done by contacting your local registrar's office nearest to where you live, who in turn contacts the Registrar in our area. Once the local contact is established, and once you have booked the date and venue, you and the local registrar arrange the wedding ceremony time to fit in with your requirements and the Registrar's availability on your day. Please also note the below email received from the local Registrar's Office recently

We have recently had some incidents where we have received Notices of Marriage for couples wishing to marry at Craig y Nos but unfortunately, when we have checked, they have not actually booked the day and time with us.   Very fortunately, we have been able to accommodate their wishes.  

I also understand from a colleague that you are giving couples the telephone number of the Ystradgynlais office to make bookings with the registrars. The Ystradgynlais office is only open for three mornings a week so can you please ensure that you give them the telephone number here in Llandrindod where we can make the bookings on behalf of the Ystradgynlais registrars. The telephone number is 01597 827468 - this number is available Monday - Thursday between 0915 and 1645 or until 1615 on Fridays.
